1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation with Huacachina Oasis Experience, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all tours, activities, transportation services, and related experiences offered through our website or authorized sales channels.
2. Reservations and Payment
All reservations require full payment in advance to be considered confirmed. Payments may be processed through our website or third-party booking platforms.
3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund, excluding third-party platform or payment processing fees.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed through the same payment method or platform used at the time of booking.
Huacachina Oasis Experience reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to operational, environmental, or safety-related reasons.
4. Changes to Reservations
Requests for changes to tour dates or services must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Changes requested within this period may be denied or incur additional charges.
5. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure
Tour operations are subject to weather conditions, maritime regulations, and safety assessments. Adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, sandstorms, rough sea conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may require the modification, delay, or cancellation of tours.
In such cases, clients may choose one of the following options:

Reschedule the service for an alternative available date, or

Receive a refund of the tour price, excluding non-refundable third-party fees.
Huacachina Oasis Experience shall not be held liable for cancellations caused by force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
6. Participant Responsibility and Health Conditions
Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical condition prior to participating in any tour or activity. Certain activities, including dune buggy rides and off-road excursions, may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant or who suffer from serious medical conditions.
Participants must comply with all safety instructions provided by guides and staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without entitlement to a refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Huacachina Oasis Experience is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural events, or third-party service providers.
Participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks, which are voluntarily assumed by the participant.

I further acknowledge that Huacachina Oasis Experience shall not be held responsible for any fees, charges, commissions, taxes, or additional expenses imposed by third-party booking or payment platforms, and that in the event of any cancellation, modification, or refund, such third-party fees are strictly non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru.
11. Photos & Marketing
Huacachina Oasis will be taking photos and videos throughout your trip. By signing this document, you give us your full consent to use any photos taken of you and your image for advertising and promotional purposes free of royalties in any medium. 12. Privacy Policy
Any personal information that Huacachina Oasis collects about you will be used solely for purposes associated with the operation of your trip. The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers, or other providers to enable us to operate the trip.
