Your adventure kicks off at our meeting point, where your friendly guide gets you geared up for what’s ahead. From there, we’ll hike up the dunes as anticipation builds—this is where the real fun begins.
Next, we jump into our buggies and charge into the desert, racing across endless golden dunes. Along the way, we’ll stop at the highest peaks for sandboarding thrills—slide down on an amateur board for pure, carefree fun, or upgrade to a professional board if you’re ready to take it to the next level.

BOOKING
When booking the Dune Buggy with Huacachina Oasis Experience, full payment (100%) is required at least 10 hours before the tour begins in order to confirm your reservation.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the activity, and before 4:00 PM (Peru time), are free of charge.

Cancellations or no-shows after this time will be charged 100% of the tour cost, due to operational and logistical commitments.
Changes

Any date changes must be requested no later than 5:00 PM (Peru time), two days prior to the tour.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SITE ACCESS
During peak holiday periods, such as Holy Week (April 6–9) and July 28–30 (Peru’s Independence Day celebrations), the tour duration may be reduced to approximately 1 hour 30 min, as this applies to all operators in the area. Thank you for your understanding.
If this situation occurs, you may choose one of the following options:

Full refund of the tour price, excluding any platform or payment processing fees. Refunds will be processed through the same platform used for your booking. Please note that any additional fees or taxes charged by third-party platforms are non-refundable.
